Thailand Coup: Good Times!

What a better time to takeover an entire country than when the leader is out of town on business. Its like that time my best friend stole my girlfriend when I was at a conference in the Poconos. No really. That was fun.
General Sonthi Boonyaratglin led the coup against Prime Minister Thaksin and his very controversial government with 20 tanks roaring down Main Street Bangkok. The article in CNN reported that amazingly this is “Thailand’s first coup in nearly 15 years.” I don’t know about you but that’s a pretty decent track record. I mean how many coup’s has your country had in 15 years?
